Users may generate payment links only for lawful business activities. Fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden.

Paylink may process personal and business information necessary for account management, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.

5. Availability

While Paylink aims to provide uninterrupted service, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paylink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users violate these terms or applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
